This will be served with some of Pascale’s hand-made naturally leavened bread, and stories from her dinners with Julia.
This culinary experience lasts approximately 5.5 hrs (9:30 - 3:00pm) and includes a curated tour of the farmer's market where Pascale will introduce you to her favorite farmers and we will shop for the class, the cooking class, and a three course lunch on the terrace. This is a hands-on class, and we provide everything you need for the day.

The class is divided into two parts. 9:00am - 1:00 pm and 4:30 - 7:00pm
In the morning students will learn how to feed a starter, make the dough, shape the dough and basic bread making techniques. A series of instructional videos are also shown during the morning session.
In the afternoon session, students will learn to shape, score and bake the bread. This will be followed by a bread tasting with cheese and salads.
