Plum Jam
Plum jam is a very versatile product. It is delicious by itself on buttery toast (with a cup of tea in the afternoon) but also lends itself to savory uses too. It is a wonderful counterbalance to hard cheeses, such as a mature cheddar, or used as a glaze on Cornish hens. We only use organic fruit, no pectin, as little sugar as possible to set the jam, and organic lemons.
