Santa Barbara Herb Mix
Pascale's Kitchen's Santa Barbara Herb Mix was born on a hike through the mountains surrounding Santa Barbara — a hand-blended combination of rosemary, fennel, thyme and pink peppercorns inspired by the wild herbs that grow in the local hills and countryside. Blended in-house in Santa Barbara using sustainably and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, it has a distinctly Californian character: bright, aromatic and a little wild. Use it to season roasted chicken, scatter it over potatoes before roasting, add it to a simple vinaigrette, or stir it into olive oil for a fragrant dipping blend. A natural expression of the landscape that has inspired Pascale's cooking for over 27 years.
