This culinary experience lasts approximately 5.5 hrs (9:30 - 3:00pm) and includes a curated tour of the farmer's market where Pascale will introduce you to her favorite farmers and we will shop for the class, the cooking class, and a three course lunch on the terrace. This is a hands-on class, and we provide everything you need for the day.

 
Please arrive on time in comfortable attire and close-toed shoes.

Join us for a special Mother’s Day weekend event at SBMA
From Van Gogh to Picasso and Hockney to Gaugin, food writer and chef Pascale Beale will share her love for art and how it inspired her ten cookbooks and cooking career over the past 25 years. A special lunch and cooking demonstration from a few of her much-loved recipes will follow the talk.

 
Attendees will also receive a gift subscription to her latest multi-media food memoir, 9 x 12: Culinary Adventures in a Small Kitchen.

It's Taste of Santa Barbara week. To join in the festivities and honor Julia Child, join award-winning food writer, cookbook author, and chef, Pascale Beale, for a very special hands-on Mediterranean style cooking class, celebrating La Belle Provence.
